Our service technicians are professionally trained to calibrate your instrument to the best possible condition. Our software control system automates key steps to ensure consistent calibration results every time. This ensures that each calibration service and result is consistent with factory calibration and can be performed anytime and anywhere.

PMS Particle counter service and calibration

  • On-site calibration
  • Dedicated PMS technical engineers take care of your equipment all year round
  • Service contracts for on-site service and depot service

All calibrations are done according to ISO guidelines. PMS provides excellent counting efficiency testing for first channel sensitivity. For pharmaceutical applications, particle counters must be calibrated to the stringent standards of ISO 21501-4:2018 , which includes verification and setup of flow rate, counting efficiency, particle size, resolution, signal ratio, and zero count measurements. Each calibration is fully documented using NIST-traceable standards and each instrument is accompanied by a corresponding calibration certificate.
